Talbot Hospice Foundation’s dedicated staff and volunteers are passionate about the work they do – helping patients and caregivers through life’s most difficult yet poignant time by offering compassionate support, education, and comfort to residents of Talbot County facing life-limiting illness, end-of-life issues and grief.
The Foundation’s non-medical services are provided without charge wherever they are needed, at home or in a skilled care or assisted living facility. Thanks to more than 250 extraordinarily dedicated volunteers and the generous support of the community, we serve those seeking curative, life-extending, or palliative treatment.
Talbot Hospice Foundation works with its medical partner, Shore Home Care Hospice, to offer the individualized and holistic physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort and practical help that are the essence of the hospice philosophy of care.
